I've posted a sad announcement on the submission guidelines page. Basically, we're cutting back in order to ensure the continued presence of the archive (and save my sanity).All extraneous files and folders have also been deleted. This includes the "Ask Draco" page which was only with us for a short while.
I'm sorry to disappoint anyone but I hope you can understand our decision.
